Now take a deep breath and read through this, as many questions you may have — or maybe didn’t even know you’d have — will probably be answered below.

PARKING SITUATION
Please remember that you have a limited window of time to move your vehicle after unloading! As you can see, we are working with a limited space that needs to accommodate a bunch of vendors like yourself, so we appreciate your patience and cooperation in helping us all get in safely and quickly! You will have 30 min (max) to unload and move your vehicle.
UPDATED INFO FOR THIS AND FUTURE EVENTS - PLEASE READ!!
Each vendor will receive 1 parking permit per registration. You will need to keep this permit in the dashboard of your vehicle for the duration of the time you are vending at our event. Each additional vehicle associated with your space / load in / shop will need to pay the parking fee. Unfortunately, this new rule and cost is outside of the control of the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market. If you are only vending Sunday, you will receive your parking pass when you check in. If you are vending both days, we ask that you please come to Gate A Sunday morning to receive your parking pass. No need to head down tot he loading dock. Gate A will make it nice and quick.
Once you have finished unloading:
YOU MUST MOVE YOUR VEHICLE TO EVENT PARKING.
The Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market Parking Crew and Vendor Registration Crew can point you in the direction of the lot we’re permitted to use.
YOU MAY NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE IN THE LOADING DOCK AREA OR IN THE LOT DIRECTLY OUTSIDE OF GATE A DURING THE EVENT!
EVENT DETAILS
When you get to your spot, you will have 1 - 6 foot table per registered space waiting for you. You may use the space on your table and the 4’ behind you. You may also set up in front of your table but only if it does not impede foot traffic. Don’t need your table? No worries - hit up our Vendor Registration Team and we’ll get that pesky thing out of your way. Regardless, you may feng shui your allotted footprint however you see fit. Please respect the space between you and the next vendor. Well secured grid walls are allowed. If you have any concerns about how your space may impact egress or your neighbors, please hit us up - we’ll be happy to wander over and check out any concerns you have before they become a bigger issue.

Restrooms
If you’re on the concourse, you will surely notice that there are no shortage of restrooms peppered throughout the space. Folks set up on the Arena Floor can find restrooms just inside that big Zamboni entrance (Between Arena sections 108 and 109). There are also restrooms located within the Vendor Lounge.
ADA Access
All restrooms at this venue should have wheelchair accessible stalls. If there are any issues during the course of this event with these stalls being inaccessible or unusable, please alert TPRFM Staff ASAP so we can sort that out quickly for you.
An elevator is located through the Zamboni entrance under sections 108 and 109 on the Arena Floor, and just inside Gate A on the Main Concourse.
If you have specific needs that have not been covered already in this document, or any other issues or concerns, please do not hesitate to hit up a TPRFM Staff Member and we will get you sorted out ASAP. We’re here to make everyone’s experience as awesome as it can be!
VENDOR LOUNGE
You can find the Vendor Lounge just inside the loading dock entrance (if you’re entering the arena from the loading dock, it will be behind the door on your right). Please take advantage of the coffee, juice, pastries, baked goods, water etc that we will have available to you. You are welcome to swing by throughout the day as well if you need a break, have to charge your phone for a bit, you name it. That being said, please do not leave your valuables unattended inside this space. The Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market is not staffing this space, so we cannot take responsibility for anything missing or left behind.
FOOD RUNNERS
Some of you TPRFM Veteran Vendors already know this, but for you newbies out there we have a small crew of folks who will run to the food trucks and grab food for you. You can’t miss them - they’re running around in neon vests with boxes of food for all of you hard working vendors. The TPRFM Food Runner Crew will have menus on hand for all of the tasty food truck fares outside of Gate A, so if you can’t squeak away from your table to grab something for yourself, take advantage.
Please keep in mind that there are literally hundreds of vendors throughout this multi-level space, and an extremely small handful of TPRFM Food Runners… If you’re trying to flag one down and having trouble doing so, just have patience. You can also ask one of our TPRFM Staff Members as well, and we can work on sending the next available food runner to your general area.
VENDOR SUPPLIES
Look - packing up and loading in for events can be tough and stressful. Sometimes things get forgotten, go missing, break etc. We’ve been there too. If this happens, take advantage of our Vendor Supply Pop Up Shop, located next to Vendor Registration on the Arena Floor. We got all sorts of things available for you for a reasonable price - zip ties, binder clips, adhesive labels, counterfeit cash markers, duct tape, Sharpies and more! If we don’t have what you need, let us know so we can ensure to have it next time (and we’ll happily suggest a nearby spot that might have what you need as well).
EVENT VENDING INFO
When you check in, you will receive TWO WRISTBANDS PER REGISTRATION. The only exception is for vendors on the Main Concourse who have registered to vend in a 10x10 booth - 10x10 BOOTH VENDORS WILL RECEIVE 3 WRISTBANDS PER REGISTRATION. If you need additional wristbands, you can purchase them with us at Vendor Registration for a discounted fee. Put that sucker on and DO NOT take it off for the duration of your vending experience. The Arena Security Staff does NOT play, and they will not allow you to re-enter the space without that wristband.
Before you ask…
Nope, there is no wifi. Nope, there is no electric on the Arena Floor. Nope, we do not provide chairs.
LOAD OUT INFO
As was said in your original registration form, you are expected to vend until the end of the event - which is 5pm each day. We get attendees coming into these events until the bitter end, so if you’re looking to make your load out that much lighter, we strongly recommend hanging in there for those folks and giving them the opportunity to buy your wares.
Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market crew members will open the loading dock doors and begin enabling the process for you to load out at 5pm on the dot. Look - we all are tired, and we’re all in a hurry to get home, kick off those shoes and relax… but we ask that you have some patience and allow this process to go smoothly so we can avoid situations that may hold up that sweet, sweet moment of relaxation. This process will work out similarly to the way you loaded in, so keep that in mind when you’re grabbing a vehicle or setting up your first load…
First thing first - Please leave your space the way you found it!
Be responsible and take everything with you or throw it out yourself. Do not leave cut zip ties on the floor and please do not leave your waste behind. We are not responsible for your garbage. Vendors who abuse this will be charged $50. No Exceptions
DO NOT leave boxes of trash by the garbage cans. If you’re struggling to find a trash can, hit up our staff and we’ll sort it out for you.
Please reset your table at the end of the event by putting it back in the place you found it. If you had it removed, don’t sweat it - we’ll get it back into place.
If you’re vending both days, you do not need to break down overnight. Just drape your setup and you’re good to go. That being said, ALL TWO DAY VENDORS STILL NEED TO CHECK IN WITH US IN THE MORNING! We’re not saying you need to wait in the line and go through all that stuff again, but you do need to let our staff know that you have, in fact, returned and not abandoned your space.
SUGGESTIONS WELCOME!
If you have an idea/suggestion on how to make this event even better, please let us know! You should be getting a Vendor Survey shortly after this event is in the history books, so please fill that out and let us know! We’re always looking for ways to improve, but your input is what matters most.
