Vendor Advance for Saturday July 25, 2026 at the NJ Expo Center

Below you will find all of the load-in details for Saturday’s event.  Please read this novella thoroughly, as some things have switched up.

Here it is with the unnecessary hard returns removed, so each paragraph should paste cleaner into Squarespace without you having to surgically remove line breaks like a lunatic. Source text:

UPDATED VENDOR LOAD-IN INFORMATION

The load-in details below apply to all vendors.

WE ARE NO LONGER USING STAGGERED LOAD-IN TIMES.

You may load in on Friday between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM, or on the day of the event between 6:00 AM and 8:45 AM. VIP early bird shopping starts at 9:00 AM, so please do your best to be ready to rock by 8:30 AM. The earlier you’re set up, the sooner you can start making that sweet vendor magic happen.

Because vendor load-in shares space with our front entry, it’s important that everyone does their best to get in before doors open. And look… we get it. Life happens. Traffic happens. Your alarm clock betrays you. The universe picks that exact morning to be a goblin. If something comes up and you are unable to reach us before last call, please text us with your shop name and estimated ETA at 609.620.9608 so we can work it out. You can also email the same information to trentonpunkrockfleamarket@gmail.com.

No phone calls, please. We are already juggling flaming chainsaws over here.

LOAD-IN INFORMATION

Venue Address: NJ Expo Center, 97 Sunfield Ave, Edison, NJ 08837

Show Hours: Open to the public from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. VIP shopping starts at 9:00 AM.

Load-In Location: See images below.

Please review the map so you have a better understanding of where to park and where to head for vendor load-in. Once you reach the vendor load-in area, our staff will let you know where to park for unloading. After you park, please head to the Vendor Check-In Table just inside the door marked in the included image. At check-in, our staff will provide your space assignment number.

We have an extremely limited amount of space to work with, so please unload quickly, drop your items at your table, and move your vehicle so we can keep the line moving for other vendors and patrons. You will have 20 minutes to unload and move your vehicle.

We highly recommend bringing hand trucks, pull carts, wagons, or whatever rolling contraption keeps you from making 37 sad trips back and forth. We do not have extra staff or hand trucks available to assist with load-in, so please plan accordingly.

When leaving the load-in area, our staff will direct you to vendor parking for the duration of the event. All vendor parking is free.

HOW MANY WRISTBANDS / BADGES WILL YOU RECEIVE?

Each vendor will receive two exhibitor wristbands/badges per registration. Registered for a 10x10 booth? You get 3. Registered for a 10x20 booth end cap? You get 4.

Still not enough? You can purchase additional wristbands/badges at the Vendor Check-In Table for $10 each, cash only. There is an ATM nearby, because of course there is. The machine gods demand tribute.

YOU MAY PULL IN ONE VEHICLE AT A TIME

If you have more than one vehicle, please pull in one vehicle at a time. There’s only a small amount of space available for everyone to share during load-in, so hang tight and work with us. Once your first vehicle is unloaded, do a quick switcheroo and unload the next one.

Got a small box truck or trailer? All good. Just check in with our parking crew so they can help you find the best and safest place to situate your glorious road beast.

WHERE DO I PARK?

The more parking we can keep open for attendees, the better. When people can’t find a spot, they usually do one of two things: make their own parking spot like a feral raccoon with a driver’s license, or leave and go somewhere else. We’d prefer neither.

On event days, we respectfully request that vendors move their vehicles to the back of the lot, also known as outer Siberia. You’re in good company. Our crew is doing the same.

If you have mobility issues, all good. Grab a spot closer to the front, or check in with our Vendor Team or Parking Team and we’ll get you squared away.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR VENDOR CHECK-IN TEAM AND PARKING TEAM’S DIRECTION

We get it. By the time you get to us, it may already have been an extremely long and trying day. We’re right there with you. We’re probably already running on caffeine, spite, and whatever snack was closest to the printer.

But we are not trying to make things more difficult for you. We’re trying to make sure everyone gets unloaded, parked, checked in, set up, and ready to have a successful event. So please work with our team, follow their direction, and remember that everyone is on the same side here.

YOU ARE EXPECTED TO VEND UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT

You may not break down your setup before doors close to the public. If you do, you jeopardize your ability to vend with us in the future.

If an emergency comes up and you need to leave early, please flag down a member of our crew and let them know so we can coordinate a quick and safe way for you to exit. Otherwise, hang tight. Pajamas, showers, and snacks will be waiting for all of us at the end of the show like tiny little promises from the universe.

NJPRFM’S FINAL THOUGHTS

The day-of load-in window is 6:00 AM – 8:45 AM. We are no longer doing staggered or assigned load-in times for vendors. That being said, please aim to arrive on the early side.

We understand that life and traffic can get in the way. We also understand that sometimes the snooze button wins because it is a powerful little demon. But please do not wait until the last possible second to check in. Don’t fall for the trap.

We are going to start doing a hard cutoff for load-in at 8:45 AM. Load-in shares an entryway with the general public, and this area needs to be clear for guests to begin entering at 9:00 AM. VIPs, don’t forget.

Even if you live down the street, have an easy setup, or think you only need a few minutes, remember that a ton of other vendors may be thinking the same exact thing. That is how everyone ends up gridlocked at the same time, creating a logistical nightmare that none of us ordered.

We’ve done away with staggered load-in times to give everyone some relief, but it only works if we all work together, friends.

DETAILS ABOUT YOUR VENDING SPACE — PLEASE READ

All spaces receive one 6-foot x 30-inch table. We will no longer be providing chairs.

Your space will have a sticker with your space number on top. Vendors will be spaced approximately 12” to 18” apart. Got multiple tables? No sweat. They’ll be pushed together.

Your full vending footprint consists of your table, plus an additional 4 feet behind you. Please see the included inset image, where the highlighted areas indicate the footprint for each space.

Please respect your vendor neighbors, as well as our need for egress throughout the venue. If you and your neighbors have a dispute about space, or if you have questions or concerns about how your setup may impact traffic flow, please let our Vendor Check-In Team know and we’ll work it out.

We’re all about creative setups and making your space look killer, so don’t be afraid to ask. Got a clothing rack? Don’t need your table? No worries. Hit us up and we’ll sort it out.

Need vending Space and Size Specs? See below.

All spaces includes a single 6’ wide x 30” deep table. This table is undraped. You may either remove your table entirely, or shift your table, within your footprint, to use as you see fit. Unless it creates some of conflict, or goes against our standards, we don’t dictate how vendors use their space. Your space does not include a chair, so please plan accordingly.

Standard 6-foot Vendor Table
Space includes a standard 6’ table with a total dimension of 6 feet wide by 6 feet 5 inches deep.

Two Table End Cap
Space consists of two 6-foot tables butted together at the end of an aisle, with total dimensions of 12 feet wide by 6 feet 5 inches deep.

10x10 Vendor Booth
Space consists of one 6-foot table with 10 feet of width and 10 feet of depth. Total dimensions are, you guessed it, 10 feet by 10 feet. All booths also include 8-foot pipe and drape in the rear, with 3-foot pipe and drape separating you from your neighbors.

10x10 Vendor Booth End Cap
Space consists one 6-foot table, with 10 feet of width and 10 feet of depth. All booths also include 8-foot pipe and drape in the rear, with 3-foot pipe and drape separating you from your neighbors. These booths are located at the end of a row or aisle.

You are welcome to remove the 3-foot pipe and drape on a public-facing side if you’d like to build out your space to allow access from two of your four sides. Just flag down a member of our team so we can get it out of your way and let you get back to doing your thing.

A 10x20 Vendor End Cap Booth is a high-visibility double booth stationed at the end of an aisle in a premium location. The space consists of two 6-foot tables and includes a total dimension of 20 feet wide by 10 feet deep.

All booths include 8-foot pipe and drape in the rear of the booth, with 3-foot pipe and drape containing your space. You are welcome to pull public-facing pipe and drape to better configure your space. Just hit us up so we can remove it for you quickly and you can get back to business.

Again, we’re all for creativity and folks making the best use of their space to engage and entice patrons over to you. But please be respectful of your neighbors, as well as egress for folks to easily and safely navigate the aisles.

If you are uncomfortable with a setup, or concerned about yours, please flag down staff and we’ll help sort it out. We’re here to set you up for success.

VENDOR LOUNGE
We serve a basic continental breakfast for all vendors in our Vendor Lounge, as well as snacks and water throughout the day. Be warned, these treats go fast. Vendors can smell free snacks through concrete. It’s science.

Hit up our Vendor Check-In Team and we’ll point you in the direction of this space. This is also a great area to chill if the atmosphere gets overwhelming or if you just need a break for a few.

Please note: this space is not staffed or guarded, so do not leave valuables or personal items in there. We do not take responsibility for items that go missing or are left behind.

WALLS / GRID WALLS
This is a wide-open space and does not have much wall space to speak of. Or really any wall space.

We do allow well-secured grid walls to be used. If your products require a wall for display, please plan accordingly.

COOLERS AND OUTSIDE FOOD / DRINK
Vendors may bring a cooler for personal use. You may not sell water, soft drinks, or any food unless you have paid for a Health Inspection Certificate. Coolers and outside food are for your personal use only.

ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED
Alcohol is not allowed under any circumstances outside of what is available for purchase at the event. Bar service will be available at this event, and drinks can be consumed throughout the venue with the exception of the Tattoo/Piercing area. Health code stuff. Whatchagonnado.

WEED & THC
We know that in this modern era, it’s everywhere. We also know some of you are reading this section very carefully. That being said, there is absolutely no selling or gifting of THC allowed, officially or unofficially. Zero exceptions.

You’ll be unceremoniously ejected from the premises and will sacrifice your vending fee if you break this rule. And yes, that includes the “but it was free” loophole. Nice try, counselor.

BATHROOMS
There are a few bathrooms located throughout the venue. Signage should direct you to the closest one. You are also welcome to flag down a staff member and we’ll point you in the right direction.

If you experience an issue in one of the restrooms on site, please flag down a staff member so we can rectify it ASAP.

ELECTRICITY
Do you need electricity for your setup? Awesome. Guess what though: you have to sort that out with the venue, because we do not handle electric hookups.

There are no outlets floating around in the wild here. Remember? No walls.

The Expo Center does not allow portable power stations on site. That is not our rule. Sorry, folks. We do not enforce this, but that does not mean the venue won’t.

You can purchase electric directly through the Expo Center at the link included below: https://marketplace.njexpocenter.com/

WIFI
This is a big warehouse-style building in the middle of an industrial zone, so yeah… the natural WiFi is not exactly living its best life here.

If you rely on WiFi to function, you can purchase it directly through the Expo Center at the link below: https://marketplace.njexpocenter.com/

CLOTHING RACKS
Clothing racks are allowed in your space as long as they do not expand beyond the boundaries of your allotted footprint. In other words, rack it up, but don’t become a neighborhood.

TRASH — PLEASE READ
You are 100% responsible for managing your own waste. Please do not pack our garbage cans to the point of overflowing. Please do not leave boxes of unwanted items sitting next to full garbage cans like a tiny cardboard shame monument.

Please use the venue dumpster to manage your waste, or take it with you. We very much appreciate you working with us on this.

NJPRFM MERCH TABLE
If you have any questions, concerns, see something that should be brought to our attention, or just want to drop by and say hey, please stop by the NJPRFM Merch Booth. This will be the information hub of the event once it begins.

One of our staff members will be there at all times. If they can’t answer your question, they can find someone who can.
