Now is your chance to register for the wildly popular Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market! We will be welcoming over 200 unique, DIY artists, makers and vendors to the TPRFM and we're glad to have you as a part of it! Please read through this thoroughly before registering as we cover some very important details below.

As always, the fee to vend at the TPRFM is $80 per table, and you can register for up to two tables (for one day only). This fee includes your 6' table but does NOT include chairs. You can also rent access to electricity for your vendor space ($15... and these are VERY limited) as well as register for your City of Trenton health code certificate (mandatory if selling food... prepackaged or otherwise) on our registration system as well.

Although this market will be two days, there will be zero duplicate vendors and you will have an opportunity to register for ONE DAY ONLY. You may choose either Saturday or Sunday. If you do register for both, we will refund your fee for one of those days (minus a 20% processing fee) and WE will choose which day you can vend. There are no exceptions for this, so please keep this in mind when registering.

Please note, the State Division of Taxation does require that all vendors be registered with the State of NJ to collect sales tax so do yourself a solid and register prior to that. If you are not registered with the State of NJ to collect sales tax, you can do so by clicking here. If you require more information about registering with the State, please click here.

The Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market does not accept representatives of brands such as Avon, Bathfitters, LuLaRoe, Jamberry Nails, Origami Owl or ANY other Direct Sales representative. We will also be pruning our list to ensure that resellers or representatives from other corporate-backed products or sellers of products that are easily available in inexpensive brick and mortar stores will be refunded. We love that you want to be a part of the flea but this is a curated, DIY market and vendors must reflect that. If you do register as a vendor, we will cancel your registration and refund your money. VENDOR FEES AND SPECIFICS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

  • Vendor fee is $80. Your vendor fee includes a 6” table. Chairs are NOT included.

  • Spaces will be pre-assigned. If you have a table request, please include it on your registration form in the appropriate area.

  • We do not offer refunds once you have registered with any of our events. This is a curated flea market which features hundreds of artists and DIY sellers. It takes the TPRFM dozens of hours per event to prune through the list of registered vendors to determine if they are a proper fit for the market. In other words... let's keep things easy. Make sure you can vend on the date you sign up for. If you cancel you will not be refunded.

  • You may NOT sell your table to another vendor. If you register and cannot use your table it will go to someone on the waiting list. No exceptions.

  • You may NOT bring your pet with you while you vend. Find a petsitter.

  • Electric is EXTREMELY limited in this building. We do NOT guarantee access to electricity unless you have purchased it during the registration process. The TPRFM will NOT supply extension cords or power strips.

  • Vendors can include one employee (guest) to their table at no additional charge. If you wish for more than one person to join you at the flea market, they can pay the $5 admission fee to the flea market the day of the event.

  • We do not allow for businesses to solely promote (i.e. set up information booths) at our markets. You must be selling gently used or new items in order to participate.

NOT ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS:

  • Weapons, knives, swords etc.

  • Bongs, pipes, vapes or other paraphernalia.

  • Racist or homophobic bullshit

In registering for the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market, you agree to comply with all guidelines, rules, regulations, times, etc. You agree to allow the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market to take and/or use photographs, video and/or recordings of your booth for promotional purposes in print or televised advertisements, brochures, postcards, fliers, website, and other marketing collateral. You agree your registration fee will not be refunded unless the TPRFM is cancelled. You agree not to hold the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market, or its partners, responsible if you do not make a profit. You understand that the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market reserves the right to reject any vendor registration if it feels items for sale do not meet the DIY or punk rock ethic of the event's primary mission. You certify that you have read or been given the opportunity to read and fully understand the Trenton Punk Rock Flea vendor agreement.
