ARRIVAL TIME:
At least two hours prior to your first scheduled performance.
Our preference is that all performers are on site before doors open.

Stage Manager or a Stage Rep will meet you at the door to give you access to the event for load in.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
If you’re a music performner, please remember that all of our sets are acoustic. If you have percussion, we ask that you please keep it at a level where our vendors cannot hear themselves speak. They need to be able to sell, and the main reason we don’t host plugged in full bands is because of the drums. We’re not saying don’t use them, we’re just saying to please be conscious of that.

Any entertainer incorporating fire, flame, sparks, or pyrotechnic elements into their performance must be fully self-contained, properly equipped, and in strict compliance with all State of New Jersey and Township of Edison fire codes and safety regulations. Failure to meet these requirements including, safety equipment, and on-site fire suppression, will result in the performance being modified or shut down at the discretion of event management and fire officials.

Fire permits will be arranged for and supplied by the NJPRFM

MECHANDISE SALES:
We will have tables set up for bands to sell any merch they may have on the day iof their performance. This is at no cost to the bands or performers. The NJPRFM does not take a cut of any sales. Whatever performers and bands sell is theirs to keep.

AUDIO ENGINEER:
Asbury Audio is our sound company. Engineer name tbd

PARKING:
Parking is free but the Expo Center parking lot is going to fill quickly. The earlier you get there the better since there is no dedicated parking available. You may park up front to unload but you must move your vehicle when completed).

BADGES:
Please let us know in advance all names of your performers. All entertainment will receive badges for the event. Please send ASAP to newjerseyisodd@gmail.com.

BACKLINE:
The NJPRFM will provide sound system, microphones, stage monitors and all other necessary items for sound projection. Asbury Audio will provide sound engineers for the day and will conduct basic sound checks.

Please be sure to bring any cables or extra accessories you may need. If you are a performer and you have music you need played during your performance, please provide it on a thumb drive or laptop.

We encourage you to touch base with our MC’s when you arrive if you’d like any specific introduction before or after your performance

STAGE ASSISTANCE:
Stage Manager will be available to offer assistance with set up

GREEN ROOM:
All entertainers have access to the green room.

DRESSING ROOM:
All entertainers have access to dressing room areas.
